Technical Adoption Architect, EMEA (Implementation Consultant)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential contract lifecycle management organization seeking a Technical Adoption Architect for their EMEA region, based in London. This hybrid role requires office attendance at least twice weekly.

As a Technical Adoption Architect, you'll serve as a product expert and strategic advisor, guiding enterprise clients through implementation and adoption of AI-powered contracting solutions. You'll bridge the gap between technical capability and business value, working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences from initial validation through full platform activation.

Responsibilities

• Partner with account teams to drive customer adoption from pre-sales requirements gathering through strategic roadmapping, phased implementation, and successful activation
• Design and configure customers' contracting processes, translating solution designs into workflows, templates, and integrations that enable long-term platform ownership
• Apply platform architecture and technical solution-design judgment, including recommendations on integrations, sequencing, maintainability, and extensibility
• Own high-value customer use cases end-to-end, determining the right technical approach and phased scope based on customer goals and critical requirements
• Provide expert guidance on AI-driven contracting transformation, helping customers navigate safe and effective AI integration throughout the contracting lifecycle
• Act as a trusted advisor, building relationships across Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, and executive stakeholders while identifying adoption risks and opportunities
• Lead executive-level demos, workshops, and enablement sessions, articulating clear value propositions and recommendations with tradeoffs
• Serve as the voice of the customer internally, providing insights from engagements to inform product development
• Collaborate cross-functionally across account teams, strategists, architects, engineering, and support to guide customers through their full journey

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• 4+ years of professional services and/or consulting experience with software companies
• Passion for learning new technologies and driving outcomes through technical solutions
• Ability to connect technical decisions to customer value, adoption outcomes, and long-term platform ownership
• Demonstrated capability to establish meaningful customer relationships, hold customers accountable, and manage expectations and escalations effectively
• Success navigating enterprise customers' complex organizational structures across Legal, Sales, Procurement, IT, and other stakeholder groups
• Strong consultative discovery skills with ability to uncover goals, identify critical buying criteria, and translate requirements into solution approaches and phased roadmaps
• Comfort operating in ambiguity and making sound decisions about scope, priorities, and sequencing
• Strong AI consulting instincts and practical AI fluency—you understand what AI can and cannot do in practice and can advise on responsible application within workflows
• Transformation mindset motivated by progressing customers through adoption journey milestones and business outcomes
• Ownership mentality for customer success with ability to chart paths forward and maintain momentum
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to deliver executive-ready recommendations and explain complex ideas clearly
