Business Development Representative

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential medical technology organization in their search for a Business Development Representative. Our client works at the intersection of regulatory compliance and innovative software solutions, helping ambitious companies bring medical devices to market more efficiently.

This is a high-impact commercial role where you'll be the first point of contact for prospective clients, building relationships and qualifying opportunities that directly contribute to the company's growth trajectory.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and qualify both inbound and outbound leads through cold outreach, targeted networking, and attendance at industry events
• Build and maintain a robust pipeline of high-quality prospects that align with the ideal customer profile
• Manage qualification conversations to understand prospect needs and connect them with the appropriate sales resources
• Collaborate with the broader commercial team to refine messaging, targeting strategies, and outreach approaches
• Utilize CRM and outreach tools to track pipeline activity and maintain accurate, data-driven records

What We're Looking For

Required:

• 1-3 years of experience in business development
• Genuine curiosity about the world and a passion for building relationships
• Exceptional grit and determination; you're driven to be the best in your field
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills with the ability to tailor messaging to different audiences
• Ability to quickly grasp commercial context and understand the unique needs of different organizations
• Highly organized, data-driven approach with comfort using CRM and sales enablement tools

Preferred:

• Experience working in healthcare or other regulated industries

Pay

Pay via Get A Job.ai: £70,000 – £100,000 total cash compensation (including base salary and sales commissions). Equity is also offered.
