We are representing a confidential health technology organization that is transforming how medical devices are certified and brought to market. Our talent team is seeking a Product Designer to join their London office and shape the user experience of their regulatory technology platform.

This is a hands-on role where you'll translate complex regulatory and technical requirements into clear, efficient workflows. You'll work directly alongside domain experts and customer-facing teams, giving you immediate access to the problems worth solving and the people who understand them best.

You'll have significant autonomy to define design direction, experiment with solutions, and push the boundaries of what great product design can achieve in this space.

Responsibilities

  • Own the design of core product workflows and key feature areas from concept through delivery
  • Transform complex regulatory and technical requirements into intuitive product concepts, prototypes, and interfaces
  • Collaborate with product managers, engineers, and subject-matter experts to ship and iterate on solutions
  • Contribute to and evolve the design system to improve consistency, quality, and development velocity
  • Shape the overall product design strategy and standards for the organization
  • Use research and direct user feedback to inform design decisions and validate approaches

What We're Looking For

Required:

  • A portfolio demonstrating shipped digital products with strong product judgment and visual craft
  • Proven experience leading complex product design work from discovery through delivery
  • Experience designing, prototyping, or contributing to design systems in code
  • Track record of using research to inform and validate product decisions
  • Experience working directly with end users and collaborating across cross-functional teams
  • Ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences

Preferred:

  • Experience in health technology or another regulated industry
