About This Opportunity

We are representing a high-growth B2B SaaS organization that is redefining how companies approach go-to-market strategy. Our client has built a platform that thousands of enterprise customers rely on for data-driven growth, and they're now scaling their EMEA sales development function to match their rapid expansion.

We're hiring an SDR Manager to lead a team of sales development representatives based in London. This is a player-coach role where you'll be in the trenches with your team—coaching on live calls, refining messaging, and building the playbook for outbound prospecting. You'll own pipeline generation for the region and represent the SDR function to senior sales leadership.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coach a team of SDRs through real-time call reviews, live call participation, and hands-on messaging workshops
• Own pipeline generation metrics including outbound prospecting, inbound qualification, pipeline quality, and handoff to account executives
• Represent the SDR function to sales leadership with clear visibility into pipeline health, outbound performance, and market insights
• Develop team members by defining performance standards at each stage, building career progression paths, and investing in individual growth
• Shape and evolve the outbound strategy, leveraging modern prospecting tools, workflows, and AI-driven signals
• Build a strong in-office team culture with full-time office presence (5 days per week)

What We're Looking For

• 5+ years in go-to-market roles with at least 2 years managing SDR or BDR teams
• Prior experience in a quota-carrying closing role (AE, Account Manager, or similar)
• Hands-on coaching style—you lead by doing, not just reviewing dashboards
• Credibility with sales leadership and ability to communicate pipeline performance, forecasting, and market signals effectively
• Familiarity with modern GTM tooling and genuine curiosity about AI-driven prospecting techniques
• Builder mentality—you want to shape how the team operates rather than inherit a fixed playbook
• Enthusiasm for building strong in-office culture and team dynamics
