Responsibilities

• Lead engineering teams in developing products and services that solve complex technical challenges for utility customers
• Define and deliver customer solutions within fuel engineering, spanning multi-year engagements and strategic projects
• Develop and implement fuel engineering services product strategy and translate it into portfolio plans
• Forecast financial performance and resource demands while incorporating innovative technologies and cost optimization
• Identify unmet customer needs and guide strategic solutions that create value and meet regulatory requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and customers to grow the fuel engineering services business
• Support product development stage gates, technical roadmaps, and business case development
• Maintain product databases and ensure compliance with offer and marketing processes

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's degree in engineering or related technical discipline
• Six or more years of technical or customer-oriented experience
• Proficiency in SAP for data review and report generation
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to work with abstract concepts and present data from diverse reporting formats
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate across organizational levels and business segments
• Experience with technical descriptions, cost estimation, risk assessment, and commercial opportunity management
• Strategic thinking and business development acumen
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
