About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential AI research organization seeking a Research Analyst - Data Annotation for remote work in India. Our client operates at the forefront of multimodal AI development and requires meticulous research support to build evaluation datasets.

This is a contract position offering the flexibility of remote work while contributing to cutting-edge machine learning projects.

Responsibilities

• Build answer keys for multimodal search evaluation datasets
• Review photos, screenshots, documents, and conversations to define what constitutes a correct answer
• Write scoring standards rather than scoring model outputs directly
• Identify and verify exact names, titles, models, venues, products, and public figures
• Transcribe facts, labels, and values precisely from source materials
• Read full conversation threads before establishing ground truth for final responses

What We're Looking For

Must-Have Qualifications:

• Exceptional precision with names and numerical data
• Ability to research unfamiliar subjects and identify correct formal names
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written specifications exactly
• Prior experience in annotation, ground truth creation, search relevance, cataloguing, or fact-checking
