About This Opportunity
We are representing a confidential technology client in Karlsruhe seeking a working student (Werkstudent) to support technical marketing and automation initiatives. This role offers hands-on experience in marketing technology, automation, and analytics within an innovative industrial technology environment.
Responsibilities
- Configure, build, and maintain HubSpot environment and marketing automation workflows
- Establish tracking systems and analyze marketing and sales KPIs including conversion rates, website performance, and lead generation metrics
- Manage corporate website content, create landing pages, and develop SEO-optimized materials
- Design and produce targeted marketing collateral such as presentations and case studies
- Collaborate closely with the sales team to align marketing processes with customer needs and revenue objectives
What We're Looking For
- Currently enrolled in a degree program in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Business Administration, Media Studies, or Communications
- Initial practical experience with marketing automation platforms, particularly HubSpot
- Strong affinity for data analysis and performance metrics
- Excellent written communication skills with impeccable grammar and spelling in German
- Confident, goal-oriented work style with the ability to work independently
- Fluent German and very good English language skills
