AI Trainer – Mandarin/Cantonese

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a confidential AI research organization seeking Freelance AI Trainers fluent in Mandarin and Cantonese based in Malaysia. This is a flexible, project-based role where you contribute audio and video data to train next-generation artificial intelligence systems.

Work is assigned based on your availability. Tasks may range from a single 5-minute session to several hours, making this ideal for candidates seeking supplemental income or flexible scheduling.

Responsibilities

• Record audio and video tasks that support AI speech and behavior training
• Review task requirements and complete partner onboarding steps
• Participate in recording sessions involving speaking, labeling, reviewing transcripts, or following on-screen prompts
• Provide high-quality human data to improve AI understanding of speech patterns, communication nuances, and real-world interactions
• Follow detailed task instructions and ensure recordings are clear, accurate, and completed in suitable environments

What We're Looking For

• Fluency in both Mandarin and Cantonese (spoken and written)
• Based in or legally authorized to work in Malaysia
• Access to a quiet recording environment with reliable internet
• Comfortable recording audio and video per detailed guidelines
• Attention to detail and ability to follow technical instructions
• Flexibility to accept tasks as they become available
