About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential blockchain organization in their search for a Product Operations participant for their accelerator program. This is a 3-6 month engagement focused on wealth management products within the digital assets space, based in Hong Kong with fully remote flexibility across Asian time zones.

Our client operates at the intersection of traditional finance and cryptocurrency, building innovative wealth management solutions for a global user base. This role offers early-career talent the chance to gain hands-on experience in product operations while working with cross-functional teams across multiple markets.

Responsibilities

• Support the development of wealth management products from initial research and design through to launch and ongoing operations
• Conduct market and competitor analysis on wealth management offerings and translate insights into product recommendations
• Build and maintain product databases and support regular product selection reviews
• Create product documentation including requirement specifications, user flows, and FAQs
• Participate in design reviews and testing processes, tracking issues through resolution
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners across different regions
• Support product launches and user-growth initiatives
• Develop regular reports and dashboards, translating data into actionable insights

What We're Looking For

Required qualifications:

• Current student (Bachelor's or Master's) or recent graduate in Finance, Economics, Business, or related field
• Solid understanding of traditional investment products including ETFs, mutual funds, and structured products
• Strong interest in cryptocurrency and knowledge of both finance and crypto industries
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel
• Bilingual in English and Mandarin to coordinate with overseas stakeholders
• Detail-oriented and self-driven with ability to work in fast-paced, cross-functional environments
• Flexibility to work across time zones
• Availability for at least 6 months

Preferred qualifications:

• Internship experience in product management, wealth/asset management, brokerage, fintech, or crypto exchanges
• Experience in user operations, content management, or community management
• Familiarity with tokenized assets or real-world assets (RWA)
• CFA candidate status or relevant securities qualifications
