About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential renewable energy software company seeking an Intern for Brand & Product Marketing (m/f/d) in Berlin. Our client operates at the intersection of clean technology and enterprise software, building solutions that enable the energy transition. This is a full-time internship role requiring a minimum commitment of 4 months.

As an intern working with our talent team, you'll join a fast-growing organization where you'll translate complex technology into clear messaging, build impactful content, and help establish market leadership in the renewable energy software sector. You'll work directly at the intersection of product, marketing, and sales teams.

Responsibilities

• Research topics, write content, and develop stories for website, newsletters, white papers, and case studies from initial draft through publication
• Partner with product and sales teams to translate features into positioning, messaging, and content that strengthens brand presence and generates leads
• Plan, create, and publish posts on LinkedIn and other channels; manage community engagement and social monitoring
• Produce authentic photos and videos of team members, product features, and customer interactions—on-site, quickly, and creatively
• Support preparation and execution of trade show presence and events
• Measure content effectiveness, derive insights, test new formats, and contribute your own ideas
• Leverage AI tools to reduce manual work and accelerate output

What We're Looking For

• Bachelor's or Master's degree (or current enrollment) in Communications, Business, Engineering, or comparable field; ideally top 20% performance at a leading university/business school or clear evidence of excellence (awards, competitions, published work, independent projects)
• Previous internship or working student experience in high-performance environments—high-growth startup/scaleup, agency with demanding clients, consulting, or comparable intensity
• Genuine ambition to build product and content marketing end-to-end, not just execute tasks; you want to own initiatives and deliver visible results
• Strong writing skills in both German and English—you transform technical complexity into clear, compelling messages
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite or comparable design tools, SEO fundamentals, ideally HubSpot; confident use of AI tools
• Team-oriented, low ego, reliable execution—you identify, prioritize, and complete tasks independently
• Interest in energy, climate, and B2B software
