About This Opportunity
We are representing a well-established technical planning firm in the Rottenburg am Neckar area with over three decades of experience in building services engineering. Our client is seeking a Technical Systems Planner for HVAC (Heating, Ventilation, Sanitation) to join their experienced team working on residential construction projects.
This is an opportunity to work in a structured environment where decisions are made efficiently and projects are managed from initial concept through to completion. The role is based in Rottenburg with flexible working arrangements including home office options.
Responsibilities
- Create 3D models for residential building projects using CAD software
- Develop 2D floor plans and schematic drawings
- Perform technical calculations for heating, ventilation, and sanitation systems
- Support projects from design phase through to planning implementation
- Coordinate with colleagues and project stakeholders on technical specifications
- Maintain and update planning documentation throughout project lifecycle
What We're Looking For
- Completed vocational training as Technical Systems Planner HLS or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience post-qualification
- Strong proficiency in AutoCAD (required)
- Knowledge of Revit is advantageous
- Experience with residential construction projects
- Team-oriented with structured working methodology
- German language proficiency required for this role
