What This Role Involves

As a Poultry Line Associate, you'll work on our poultry processing line, handling tasks essential to maintaining production efficiency and quality standards. The role requires attention to detail, physical stamina, and commitment to workplace safety in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment where your contributions directly impact our daily operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Process and handle poultry products according to established company standards and procedures
• Operate line equipment safely and efficiently while maintaining consistent output
• Monitor product quality and report issues promptly to supervisors
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary work area
• Follow all safety protocols and wear required protective equipment
• Work cooperatively with team members to meet daily production goals and targets
• Maintain reliable attendance and punctuality for your assigned shift
