Role Overview
As a Utility Associate, you'll be the backbone of our hatchery's operational success. You'll perform critical facility maintenance, support production workflows, and help maintain the high standards of cleanliness and safety that our operation depends on. Working the first shift, you'll be part of an early team that sets the pace for the entire facility.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Maintain facility cleanliness and sanitation standards throughout the hatchery
- Operate and support facility equipment and machinery as directed
- Monitor and manage inventory of supplies and materials
- Assist production teams with setup, cleanup, and operational support
- Respond promptly to maintenance requests and operational needs
- Follow all safety protocols and contribute to a safe work environment
- Document work activities and report any issues to supervisors
