About the Role

As a Real Estate Associate Agent with Quickenloans in Tyler, you'll represent clients in residential property transactions, leveraging both your expertise and our resources to close deals successfully. This is a hands-on position where you'll manage the complete client journey—from initial consultation through closing—while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and market knowledge. Responsibilities

• List, market, and sell residential properties throughout Tyler, TX and surrounding areas
• Meet with prospective buyers and sellers to understand their needs and market conditions
• Prepare and present comparative market analyses and pricing recommendations
• Show properties and guide clients through the purchase or sale process
• Negotiate contracts and terms on behalf of clients to achieve favorable outcomes
• Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, appraisers, and closing agents to facilitate smooth transactions
• Stay current on local market trends, regulations, and real estate law requirements in Texas
• Build and maintain a strong network of referral sources and past clients

Skills & Qualifications

• Active Texas real estate license in good standing
• Proven track record in residential real estate sales or related sales experience
