Key Responsibilities

• Build and maintain financial models that forecast business performance and inform strategic planning
• Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and drivers of business results
• Prepare comprehensive financial reports and executive summaries for senior leadership
• Support budget development, monitoring, and variance analysis across the organization
• Partner with operational teams to translate business requirements into financial frameworks
• Track key performance metrics and dashboards that inform operational decisions
• Conduct special analyses and ad-hoc financial investigations as needed

Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related discipline
• Minimum three years of professional experience in financial analysis, accounting, or finance operations
• Expert-level Excel skills, including advanced functions and pivot table analysis
• Proficiency with financial modeling and business intelligence platforms
• Strong grasp of financial statements, accounting principles, and business finance
• Ability to communicate financial concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences
• Proven analytical mindset with excellent attention to detail
• Self-directed approach with strong cross-functional collaboration skills
