Waynefarms is seeking a Maintenance Process Coordinator for the 2nd shift at our Arkansas - Danville Plant location. In this full-time role, you'll be essential to keeping our operations running smoothly by coordinating maintenance activities, supporting equipment reliability, and ensuring processes stay on track.
What This Role Involves
As a Maintenance Process Coordinator, you'll work the 2nd shift to oversee and coordinate maintenance operations at our Danville Plant facility. You'll serve as a liaison between maintenance teams, production staff, and management—keeping everyone aligned on scheduling, priorities, and equipment status. This position requires hands-on problem-solving, attention to detail, and a commitment to maintaining safe, efficient operations.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance schedules to minimize production downtime
- Track maintenance work orders, equipment status, and repair history
- Communicate maintenance needs, updates, and resolutions to production teams
- Assist with troubleshooting equipment issues and identifying process improvements
- Support compliance with safety and operational procedures
- Document maintenance activities and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with maintenance technicians and production supervisors
What You Bring
- Experience in maintenance coordination, production support, or related roles
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- Ability to communicate clearly with technical and non-technical team members
- Basic understanding of plant operations and equipment maintenance
- Reliability and willingness to work 2nd shift schedules
- Proficiency with work order systems or maintenance tracking software (or ability to learn quickly)
- Attention to detail and accuracy in record-keeping
