Warehouse Supervisor (Cold Storage)

Quirchfoods is hiring a Warehouse Supervisor for Cold Storage operations in Winter Haven, Florida. This is a full-time leadership position overseeing cold storage warehouse activities and team performance.

About the Role

As Warehouse Supervisor for our Cold Storage facility in Winter Haven, you'll lead day-to-day operations in our refrigerated and frozen storage environment. You'll manage warehouse staff, maintain inventory accuracy, ensure food safety compliance, and optimize storage efficiency. This role reports to warehouse management and serves as a key liaison between operations and other departments.

Your Responsibilities

• Supervise and train warehouse team members in cold storage procedures and safety protocols
• Monitor inventory levels, receiving, staging, and order fulfillment in freezer and refrigerated environments
• Ensure compliance with food safety standards, temperature controls, and quality requirements
• Maintain accurate warehouse records and coordinate with shipping and receiving operations
• Address operational issues, troubleshoot workflow problems, and implement process improvements
• Conduct routine facility inspections and equipment maintenance coordination
• Foster a safe, productive work environment and conduct performance reviews

What You Bring

• Experience supervising warehouse or cold storage operations
• Strong knowledge of food storage, temperature management, and food safety regulations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and lead a team effectively
• Proficiency with warehouse management systems and basic computer skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Physical capability to work in cold environments and perform warehouse duties as needed
• High school diploma or equivalent (relevant experience valued)
