Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential home-care organization seeking a team leader to coordinate household assistance services. In this remote role, you will serve as the regional face of our client's operations in your assigned area.

• Build and coordinate your own team of household assistants and clients through marketing and outreach initiatives
• Ensure comprehensive care coordination for all clients requiring support within your district
• Act as the primary point of contact for your region, representing your area on all matters and decisions with central operations
• Manage day-to-day team operations while maintaining quality standards for client services
• Work autonomously with support from the central coordination team as you develop your regional network

What We're Looking For

• Completed qualification as a healthcare professional (e.g., nurse, geriatric nurse, pediatric nurse, special education caregiver, social pedagogue, social work degree, educator, household management specialist, or similar care-related credential)
• Self-directed and independent working style with strong personal accountability
• Outgoing and communicative personality who enjoys connecting people and building relationships
• Thorough, sustainable, and detail-oriented approach to work
• Comfort with public-facing responsibilities and building regional visibility
• Passion for social engagement or desire for career reorientation away from traditional clinical settings
• Very good German language skills in speaking and writing (minimum C1 level)
• Interest in transitioning from direct care to coordination and team leadership
