Praktikant Consulting (w/m/d) | Headquarter Hamburg und Stuttgart

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential consulting firm seeking an intern to join their team working remotely from Germany. You will gain hands-on experience supporting client projects:

• Assist in preparing restructuring assessments and business concepts for mid-market clients
• Support interdisciplinary experts in developing comprehensive company analyses and planning
• Contribute to identifying and implementing financial and operational improvement measures in turnaround, restructuring, and performance scenarios
• Conduct market and competitive analyses as well as benchmarking studies
• Participate actively in strategic discussions and project planning sessions
• Experience consulting work first-hand with mentorship from senior colleagues

What We're Looking For

• Excellent academic performance in business administration or related field (currently enrolled)
• Previous relevant practical experience through internships in consulting, industry, or banking
• Strong theoretical knowledge in one or more of: Finance & Controlling, Operations, Sales & Marketing, or M&A
• Pragmatic, entrepreneurial mindset with strong business acumen
• Advanced proficiency in MS Office; additional digital tools or domain-specific technical skills are a plus
• Confident presence, persuasive communication skills, and excellent analytical abilities
• Fluent German and English required; French language skills are advantageous
