Kampfsporttrainer/in (Minijob)

Responsibilities

Our client, a confidential martial arts training facility in the Augsburg area, is seeking passionate combat sports trainers to lead and inspire athletes of all levels. In this role, you will:

• Plan and conduct training sessions in disciplines such as kickboxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, MMA, and wrestling
• Coach and mentor both competitive athletes and recreational practitioners
• Lead children's classes and beginner courses for adults
• Participate in internal trainer development programs and continuing education opportunities
• Support community events and facility activities

What We're Looking For

• Formal training certification, trainer license, or comparable experience in combat sports
• Genuine enthusiasm for sharing knowledge and developing athletes
• Commitment to ongoing personal and professional growth
• Strong team orientation and professional demeanor
• Excellent interpersonal skills both on and off the mat
• Strong organizational abilities and time management skills
• Reliability and attention to detail in handling processes
• Fluent German language skills with clear written communication
• Experience in customer service or administrative tasks is advantageous

This position is available as a Minijob (mini-employment), part-time, or full-time arrangement based on your availability and the facility's needs.
