Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential home care organization seeking a Team Leader to coordinate household support services in your region. This is a remote leadership role with regular client and team engagement.

In this position, you will:

• Serve as the primary point of contact for your assigned territory, building relationships with clients and coordinating care services
• Recruit, onboard, and manage a team of household support professionals
• Coordinate scheduling and service delivery to ensure all clients in your region receive consistent care
• Implement local marketing and outreach initiatives to grow your team and client base
• Act as the regional representative, liaising with central operations on territory-specific decisions and needs
• Maintain accurate documentation and communication with clients, team members, and leadership

Required qualifications:

• Completed qualification as a care professional (e.g., registered nurse, social worker, psychologist, therapist, social pedagogue, educator, geriatric nurse, pediatric nurse, therapeutic educator, or family care specialist)
• Very strong German language skills, both written and spoken (minimum C1 level)
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and manage your own schedule
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; comfortable building networks and connections
• Detail-oriented with a thorough, sustainable approach to work
• Comfortable with visibility and representing the organization in your community
• Passion for social impact or desire for a career change from traditional clinical settings
