Position Summary
As a Personal Training Sales Consultant at Crunch Fitness—Undefeated Tribe (located at 1101 S. Fort Hood, Suite 100, Killeen, TX), you'll be the catalyst for transforming how members experience personalized fitness. In this full-time hourly role, you'll identify client needs, present customized personal training packages, and coordinate assignments between our qualified trainers and members seeking fitness guidance. Reporting to the Personal Training Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in our community, helping clients achieve their goals through expert trainer partnerships.
Key Responsibilities
- Consult with members to understand their fitness goals and personal training needs
- Present and sell personal training packages tailored to individual objectives
- Match clients with appropriate personal trainers based on expertise and compatibility
- Build and maintain relationships with current and prospective training clients
- Track and communicate training package performance and member satisfaction
- Support the Personal Training Manager in achieving membership and revenue targets
Qualifications
- Proven sales experience or demonstrated ability to build client relationships
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Genuine passion for fitness and wellness
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, member-focused environment
- Basic understanding of personal training benefits and methodologies
- Availability to work full-time hours
