Personal Trainer

Crunch Fitness is seeking a Part-Time Personal Trainer at our La Mirada location in Los Angeles County to deliver exceptional fitness guidance and personalized training sessions that help members achieve their health goals.

Position Summary

As a Personal Trainer, you'll be the face of Crunch Fitness, creating a welcoming atmosphere that inspires members to commit to their fitness journey. You'll combine expert knowledge, motivational coaching, and genuine care to design customized programs that drive results, foster member loyalty, and fuel new client growth at our La Mirada gym.

Responsibilities

• Conduct fitness assessments and initial consultations to understand each member's goals, experience level, and limitations
• Design and deliver personalized training programs tailored to individual fitness needs and objectives
• Demonstrate proper exercise technique and form, ensuring safe and effective workouts
• Track member progress, adjust programs based on results, and provide ongoing motivation and accountability
• Educate members on nutrition, recovery, and lifestyle factors that complement their training
• Foster a supportive and encouraging fitness environment to maximize member retention and satisfaction
• Actively engage with members to identify additional training opportunities and expand your client base
