Kids Crunch Attendant

Crunch Fitness is hiring a part-time Kids Crunch Attendant at our Fort Wayne location in Allen County. This role focuses on providing safe, welcoming childcare within our Kids Crunch facility, allowing parents to enjoy their workout while their children have fun in a supervised environment.

About the Role

As a Kids Crunch Attendant, you'll be responsible for the supervision and care of all children enrolled in our Kids Crunch department. Your primary focus will be creating a clean, safe, and enjoyable space where both members' children and parents feel confident and welcome.

What You'll Do

• Supervise and care for children throughout their time in the Kids Crunch facility
• Manage child registration and check-out procedures with parents
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hygienic environment for the children's safety
• Create a friendly, engaging atmosphere that makes children feel comfortable
• Respond to children's needs and ensure their wellbeing at all times
• Communicate with parents about their child's experience in Kids Crunch

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with children in a childcare or similar setting
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety and cleanliness
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to remain patient, caring, and attentive in a dynamic environment
• Reliability and a positive attitude toward member service
