About the Role
As a Utility Aide/Dishwasher, you'll play an essential role in our residential community by keeping our culinary and dining spaces in pristine condition. Your work directly supports our commitment to providing a clean, welcoming environment where our residents can thrive.
What You'll Do
- Operate dishwashing equipment efficiently and safely to maintain sanitary standards
- Clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, cookware, and dining utensils according to health code requirements
- Perform food prep area sanitation and maintain clean kitchen workspace
- Sort, rinse, and load dishwashing machines; hand-wash delicate items when necessary
- Remove trash and maintain proper waste disposal procedures
- Assist with general kitchen support and utility tasks as needed
- Report maintenance issues or equipment malfunctions to management
- Follow all food safety, health, and sanitation protocols consistently

- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs regularly
- Comfort working in a fast-paced kitchen environment
- Attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness and sanitation

- Positive attitude and ability to work collaboratively with dining and kitchen staff
- No prior experience required; we provide training
