About the Role
As a Real Estate Sales Specialist, you'll guide clients through every step of their real estate journey—from initial consultations to closing day. Your focus will be on streamlining transactions, building trust, and delivering the exceptional service that transforms the home-buying experience into something genuinely straightforward and stress-free.
What You'll Do
- Work with qualified buyer and seller leads provided by the company
- Conduct property consultations, viewings, and market analyses for clients
- Develop targeted marketing and promotion strategies for listings
- Negotiate contracts and manage transactions from agreement through closing
- Coordinate with lenders, inspectors, title companies, and other stakeholders
- Build lasting client relationships and generate referrals through dedicated service
