Position Summary
Wyman Legal Solutions is looking for a dedicated Senior Construction Litigation Attorney with substantial experience in construction law to join our growing practice. This full-time position is based in Boca Raton and offers the opportunity to work on high-impact construction disputes while building client relationships and mentoring junior attorneys. You'll bring deep expertise in construction litigation to a firm experiencing significant expansion and positioning itself as a top-tier legal resource in Palm Beach County.
What You'll Do
- Manage all phases of construction dispute litigation, from initial case evaluation through trial and appeal
- Represent clients in contract disputes, defect claims, payment controversies, and delay matters
- Conduct discovery, depositions, and settlement negotiations with opposing counsel
- Draft and file motions, pleadings, and other litigation documents
- Develop case strategy and provide legal counsel on construction industry issues
- Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic advice
- Collaborate with firm leadership and contribute to business development initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Florida bar license in good standing
- Minimum 10 years of construction litigation experience
- Demonstrated expertise handling construction contract disputes and industry-specific litigation
- Strong writing, analytical, and oral advocacy skills
- Client-service orientation with a track record of building and maintaining relationships
- Ability to manage complex cases and multiple matters simultaneously
