Join Lamb Staffing as a Registered Nurse in our Surgery department at our Northside Atlanta Campus in Fulton County. This full-time position offers the opportunity to work in a dynamic surgical environment with a high-volume case load and advanced surgical technology.
About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our surgical team on the Ground Floor of our 24/7 operating surgical unit. This position is an integral part of our main surgical unit, where you will provide skilled nursing support to diverse patient populations and surgical specialties.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care and clinical support in a high-acuity surgical setting with daily case volumes ranging from 28 to 55 procedures
- Collaborate across multiple surgical service lines including Orthopedic, Neurological, Urological, General, and Thoracic surgeries
- Assist with advanced robotic surgical technology, including our three DaVinci XI surgical systems used in general, urological, and thoracic procedures
- Maintain the highest standards of patient safety, infection control, and evidence-based surgical care protocols
- Work as part of an interdisciplinary surgical team in a facility that operates around the clock to serve the community
What We're Looking For
- Current, valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the State of Georgia
- Professional experience in surgical nursing or perioperative care
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-volume surgical environment
- Strong communication, critical thinking, and teamwork skills
- Dedication to patient-centered care and clinical excellence
Schedule
Monday through Friday with rotating shifts. Your weekly schedule includes two shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM and two shifts from 10:45 AM to 7:15 PM.
