Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new sales opportunities across our incoming and existing lead sources.
• Qualify prospective buyers and sellers, gauging readiness, motivation, and fit.
• Route warm, vetted leads to our buyer's agents and listing agents for the next step.
• Maintain consistent, timely outreach to keep prospects engaged throughout their journey.
• Support overall team sales targets by keeping the pipeline full and well-organized.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a real estate inside sales agent or in a comparable lead-generation role.
