Foresight Technologies is hiring a full-time Receptionist at our Guadalupe, Maricopa County manufacturing facility. As our on-site reception professional, you'll be the welcoming face and capable voice for visitors, employees, vendors, and delivery personnel while keeping our front desk organized, efficient, and professionally presented.
About the Role
This is a full-time position based at our Guadalupe location. You'll serve as the primary coordinator of all front desk activities, setting the tone for our company culture through excellent customer service, organized operations, and attentive administrative support.
What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist all visitors, employees, vendors, and drivers with genuine hospitality and professionalism
- Handle incoming and outgoing phone communications, directing calls and managing messages accurately
- Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming reception area that reflects Foresight Technologies' standards
- Coordinate visitor check-in and badge procedures while maintaining facility security protocols
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth daily office operations
- Schedule appointments, manage calendars, and coordinate meeting logistics as needed
- Respond to routine inquiries and resolve common visitor needs with resourcefulness
