TSA OSH Specialist -Southeast Region (Telework) with Security Clearance

R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc., a certified Service-Disabled Veteran Owned Small Business, seeks a dedicated TSA OSH Specialist - Southeast Region (Telework) with Security Clearance to support our Defense and Federal Civilian clients in Raleigh. This is a full-time position that combines occupational safety and health expertise with a mission-critical focus on protecting federal personnel.

The Opportunity

Join R&K Enterprise Solutions, Inc. as a TSA OSH Specialist supporting the Southeast Region. In this role, you will apply your occupational safety and health knowledge to advance safety programs and compliance frameworks across Transportation Security Administration environments. You'll work with a team committed to excellence in mission support, leveraging your technical expertise to ensure federal personnel operate in safe, healthy, and compliant conditions.

Core Duties

• Develop, implement, and maintain occupational safety and health policies and programs aligned with federal and TSA standards
• Conduct hazard assessments, risk analyses, and safety audits across assigned facilities and operational environments
• Investigate workplace incidents, near-misses, and safety concerns; prepare reports and corrective action recommendations
• Provide occupational safety and health training, awareness programs, and guidance to federal personnel
• Ensure compliance with OSHA regulations, TSA directives, and applicable federal safety and health requirements
• Collaborate with program managers and leadership to integrate safety into operational planning and execution
• Monitor safety metrics, trends, and performance data; recommend improvements and best practices

Skills & Qualifications

• Active security clearance or ability to obtain one (required)
• Proven expertise in occupational safety and health programs and federal compliance frameworks
• Knowledge of OSHA standards, federal safety regulations, and TSA operational requirements
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities independently
• Professional experience supporting federal or defense agencies preferred
