Performance Marketing Manager (Schwerpunkt Paid Social)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a growing digital marketing agency with offices across Europe. Our client specializes in e-commerce and performance marketing for established fashion and lifestyle brands, leveraging data, technology, and AI to drive measurable results.

This is a hands-on role for an experienced Performance Marketing Manager with deep expertise in paid social. You'll own client relationships, drive strategy, and optimize campaigns across multiple platforms—working closely with cross-functional teams in a collaborative, insight-driven environment.

This position is based in Berlin with a hybrid working model.

Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn
• Own and grow a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the primary point of contact for campaign performance
• Analyze campaign data and present actionable insights directly to clients
• Develop and execute testing strategies based on platform trends and emerging opportunities
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including creative, analytics, and account management
• Mentor and share knowledge with junior team members in social advertising
• Contribute to award-level campaign work and strategic initiatives

What We're Looking For

• 3–5 years of hands-on experience in paid social advertising, ideally in an agency environment
• Strong working knowledge of Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, and LinkedIn—beyond basic campaign setup to true optimization and performance improvement
• Experience with Google Analytics 4, Smartly, and Channable or similar platforms
• Native-level German and fluent English
• Proactive mindset with the ability to identify opportunities and advocate for strategic ideas
• University degree or equivalent professional experience
• Passion for staying current with platform updates and industry best practices

Compensation will be discussed during the screening process and is based on experience and qualifications.
