Growth Marketing Manager (m/w/d) / User Acquisition

We are representing a confidential digital health organization based in Hamburg that is transforming how preventive, data-driven healthcare reaches underserved populations. Our talent team is seeking an experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive user acquisition and scale impact across paid and organic channels.

This role offers the opportunity to build growth strategies from the ground up in a fast-moving environment where your work directly connects people to meaningful health interventions.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire growth strategy across paid channels (Meta, Google Ads) and organic levers (SEO, ASO, content strategy, referral programs)
• Develop and execute user acquisition strategies across paid social, paid search, app store optimization, and influencer/creator marketing
• Build and scale organic growth initiatives including SEO for web/content, organic ASO (keywords, store listing optimization), and viral loops
• Plan, launch, and optimize data-driven campaigns across the full funnel from awareness to install and retention
• Monitor KPIs including CAC, ROAS, LTV, organic traffic share, install-to-signup rate, and retention; derive concrete optimization measures
• Analyze performance continuously across paid and organic channels, create reports, and deliver data-based recommendations to leadership
• Systematically test new channels, formats, and audience approaches (A/B testing) and scale what works
• Collaborate closely with Product & Analytics teams to think holistically about growth
• Manage budgets and ensure efficient allocation across all channels

What We're Looking For

• 3–4 years of experience in user acquisition, performance marketing, or growth marketing, ideally in app/mobile environments and health/wellbeing markets
• Previous experience working in a scaleup environment, with demonstrated ability to prioritize and scale growth in dynamic settings
• Analytical and KPI-driven approach—you make decisions based on data, not intuition
• Hands-on experience with paid social platforms (Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads), Google Ads, and ASO tools
• Experience with organic growth levers such as SEO, content strategy, or referral/recommendation programs preferred
• Proficiency with analytics and attribution tools (Google Analytics, Adjust, AppsFlyer, Firebase, or similar)
• Strong analytical skills with ability to identify trends and optimization opportunities and communicate them clearly
• Structured, autonomous work style with ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
• Hands-on mentality—you execute operational tasks yourself rather than only delegating
• Track record of independently building and implementing funnels from conception through tracking to ongoing optimization
• Comfortable using modern AI tools (e.g., Claude) to rapidly test assumptions, build prototypes, and validate hypotheses without waiting for development resources
• Excellent German and English language skills
