Social Media & Content Manager (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential architecture and design studio in Isernhagen seeking a Social Media & Content Manager to build and maintain their presence on Instagram and LinkedIn. This is a hands-on role where you'll work directly with creative teams to identify compelling content from ongoing projects and translate the firm's design work into engaging social media storytelling.

Responsibilities

• Manage Instagram and LinkedIn channels independently, creating a consistent, high-quality content stream
• Actively identify interesting content opportunities from current projects, competitions, construction sites, and daily studio activities
• Curate and compile renderings, photos, plans, sketches, and videos for publication
• Coordinate with architecture and project teams to source materials and approvals
• Develop and maintain an editorial calendar for both platforms
• Create posts, stories, and simple Reels that reflect the studio's design ethos
• Write concise, compelling captions and short-form copy
• Plan and publish content autonomously
• Propose new themes, formats, and content ideas
• Monitor relevant trends in architecture, design, and social media
• Analyze published content performance and refine strategy accordingly

What We're Looking For

• Strong instinct for design, visual language, and typography
• Confident use of Instagram and LinkedIn as content platforms
• Excellent written communication skills in German
• Self-directed and organized work style—you proactively identify opportunities rather than waiting for assignments
• Genuine interest in architecture, interior design, and design culture
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud or similar tools is advantageous
• No prior architecture office experience required, but a sophisticated eye for high-quality visual communication is essential

This role suits a part-time professional or working student who can commit to regular content creation and publication.
