People Business Partner, EMEA & APAC (Hybrid London)

About This Opportunity

Our talent team is representing a high-growth SaaS organization expanding across EMEA and APAC. This People Business Partner role is based in London (hybrid, two days per week in office) and will lead regional people strategy for international markets including the UK, Germany, Poland, and Singapore. You'll partner directly with senior leadership to shape employee experience, build scalable HR processes, and support continued global expansion.

Responsibilities

• Partner with and coach leaders across all departments on performance reviews, compensation planning, team development, and organizational design
• Advise on complex employee relations matters including performance management, investigations, and grievances in accordance with local regulations
• Provide expertise on labor law and compliance across EMEA and APAC markets, ensuring operations meet regional requirements
• Support international expansion initiatives including entity creation and PEO arrangements
• Collaborate with People teams to develop and implement foundational HR policies, processes, and programs for EMEA and APAC regions
• Work closely with US-based counterparts to ensure cohesive global people strategy
• Use data and analytics to inform business strategy and decision-making
• Occasional business travel required for regional meetings

What We're Looking For

• Minimum 5-7 years of progressive experience as a People Business Partner, preferably in SaaS
• Deep knowledge of labor law in EMEA and APAC with proven experience supporting global expansion and entity creation
• Comfortable working autonomously in fast-paced environments and operating across multiple geographies in a matrixed organization
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with ability to influence senior leadership
• Resourceful and skilled at managing ambiguity while balancing multiple competing priorities
• Multi-lingual capabilities are a plus
• Based in or able to relocate to London for hybrid work arrangement
