About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential cosmetic surgery practice seeking a Patient Sales & Lead Conversion Specialist to work remotely from the Philippines. Our client receives 15–20 new patient inquiries daily through organic social channels and paid advertising, and they need someone who can respond with urgency, build trust quickly, and convert interest into booked consultations.

This role owns the critical first touchpoint in the patient journey. You'll be responsible for responding to inquiries across phone, text, and email—including after-hours and weekends—so prospective patients never wait overnight for a response. You'll also nurture leads who need more time before scheduling, maintaining meaningful engagement rather than generic follow-up.

Responsibilities

• Own the inbound patient lead pipeline and respond to new inquiries with urgency across phone, text, and email
• Convert qualified interest into booked consultations by building trust, answering appropriate questions, and confidently guiding prospects forward
• Follow up consistently with prospects who don't book immediately using personalized, helpful communication
• Build longer-term nurture relationships with prospective patients who are interested but need more time
• Maintain a polished, reassuring phone presence when speaking with high-expectation prospective patients
• Qualify incoming leads and identify where each person is in their decision-making process
• Keep every patient interaction, follow-up, status change, and next step accurately documented in the CRM
• Provide after-hours and weekend lead coverage to ensure fast response times outside normal business hours
• Support prospective patients after their consultation as they consider moving forward

What We're Looking For

Must-Have:

• 2–4+ years of experience in inbound sales, patient coordination, appointment setting, lead conversion, medical or aesthetic sales, or another high-touch consumer sales environment
• Excellent spoken and written English with a polished, professional communication style
• Strong phone confidence and experience making and receiving customer- or patient-facing calls
• Proven ability to convert inbound interest into appointments through timely, persistent follow-up
• Experience managing leads across phone, email, and SMS while keeping accurate CRM records
• High emotional intelligence with the ability to establish trust quickly and communicate confidently without sounding pushy
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining exceptional responsiveness, organization, and follow-through
• High school diploma required

Nice to Have:

• Previous experience in plastic surgery, cosmetic surgery, med spa, aesthetics, or another elective medical service environment
• Experience coordinating patients within a medical practice
• Experience selling or coordinating high-ticket elective services to discerning or high-expectation consumers
• Familiarity with Meta or Instagram-generated leads and tools such as ManyChat
• College degree is welcomed but not required for candidates with relevant experience
