Solutions Marketing Associate

About This Opportunity

We are representing a confidential digital media organization seeking a Solutions Marketing Associate to support their sales team. In this role, you'll bridge marketing and sales by delivering research-driven prospecting support and creating tailored client presentations for standard opportunities. Responsibilities

Prospecting & Meeting Generation Support

• Identify and research target accounts that align with priority verticals and seller territories
• Build actionable lead and account lists with context that helps sales teams prioritize outreach
• Research companies, key contacts, business developments, and competitive landscape to identify engagement opportunities
• Prepare concise account briefs and outreach inputs that enable personalized seller communications
• Connect prospect business signals to relevant capabilities and proof points
• Track which research themes and materials generate qualified meetings and apply learnings

Sales Presentation & Opportunity Support

• Support standard opportunities (typically $100K or less) by customizing existing presentations and materials
• Build polished client-facing decks using established templates, positioning, case studies, and proof points
• Conduct targeted research to make existing narratives more relevant to specific opportunities
• Ensure all materials are accurate, on-brand, and easy for sellers to present
• Escalate complex opportunities requiring original strategy to senior team members

Sales Alignment & Enablement

• Serve as a responsive day-to-day partner to sales, understanding pipeline needs and friction points
• Help sellers navigate available materials and solution stories for self-service when appropriate
• Capture recurring content gaps and share insights with marketing leadership
• Support broader initiatives that improve seller preparedness and accelerate opportunities

What We're Looking For

Required Experience & Skills

• 1-3 years of experience in sales development, sales support, marketing, research, enablement, or account planning
• Strong research instincts and genuine curiosity about companies, industries, and business challenges
• Excellent PowerPoint or Google Slides skills with good visual judgment
• Ability to synthesize research into concise, actionable seller talking points
• Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple fast-turnaround requests
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with confidence to recommend better approaches

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with CRM, prospecting, and sales intelligence tools
• Interest in developing toward solutions marketing, insights, or sales enablement

Pay

Our client has indicated a base hourly compensation range of $28.85 to $33.65 for this role. Final compensation will be determined by experience, skills, and location. This is a full-time position eligible for benefits including retirement plan participation, health and dental coverage, life and disability insurance, flexible spending accounts, paid time off, parental leave, and employee stock purchase plan.
