About the Role

This position supports the delivery of intraoperative neuromonitoring services and related clinical care coordination. You'll serve as a reliable point of contact for patients, surgeons, and healthcare facilities, ensuring smooth communication and addressing patient concerns throughout their clinical journey.

What You'll Do

• Respond promptly to patient inquiries and concerns via phone, email, and other communication channels
• Coordinate scheduling and logistics for patient consultations and clinical procedures
• Maintain accurate patient records and documentation following healthcare compliance standards
• Liaise between patients, clinical staff, and healthcare facility teams to ensure continuity of care
• Provide clear, compassionate information to patients about procedures and services
• Troubleshoot issues and escalate complex concerns to appropriate clinical or supervisory staff
