Product Manager

About the Role

As a full-time Product Manager at Globus Medical, Inc., you will sit at the intersection of clinical insight, engineering, and commercial strategy. Working on-site in Audubon, Montgomery County, you will guide medical device products through their lifecycle, translating the real needs of surgeons, healthcare providers, and patients into innovations that make a meaningful difference.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and advance the product strategy and roadmap for assigned musculoskeletal product lines.
• Partner closely with researchers, educators, and clinical experts to convert hands-on insights into practical, market-ready solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with engineering, marketing, regulatory, and sales teams to bring products from concept to launch.
• Gather and analyze input from surgeons and healthcare professionals to inform product requirements and prioritization.
• Monitor market trends, competitive activity, and customer feedback to keep the portfolio responsive and relevant.
• Support commercialization efforts, including positioning, messaging, and field readiness.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management, ideally within medical devices, healthcare, or a related technical field.
• Strong ability to turn clinical and customer needs into clear product direction.
• Excellent cross-functional collaboration, communication, and project leadership skills.
• Comfortable balancing competing priorities and acting with a sense of urgency.
• Willingness to work on-site in Audubon, Montgomery County (this role is not remote).
