Oracle is seeking an experienced Order to Cash (O2C) Consulting Director to join Oracle N.A. Consulting in Washington, D.C., leading enterprise-scale deployments of Oracle's Fusion cloud applications. This on-site role places you at the center of complex, high-impact transformation programs for some of the region's most demanding clients.
About the Role
As the Order to Cash (O2C) Consulting Director, you will own the end-to-end delivery of Oracle's Order to Cash Fusion Solution. You will guide clients through every stage of implementation, translating intricate business requirements into working cloud solutions while directing teams toward measurable, successful outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive the full implementation of Oracle's Order to Cash Fusion Solution from design through go-live.
- Lead the deployment of core modules, including Sales Cloud, Configure Price Quote (CPQ), Order Management, Subscription Management, and Revenue Management.
- Oversee configuration across Projects, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger.
- Lead business process implementation, aligning client operations with the capabilities of Oracle's cloud platform.
- Direct project teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure delivery quality across consulting engagements.
Qualifications
- Demonstrated expertise implementing Oracle Order to Cash and Fusion cloud applications.
- Hands-on knowledge of modules spanning Sales Cloud, CPQ, Order Management, Subscription Management, Revenue Management, Projects, Accounts Receivable, Cash Management, and General Ledger.
- Proven ability to lead business process design and large-scale system implementations.
- Strong leadership, client-facing communication, and team management skills.
- Willingness to work on-site in Washington, D.C. in this full-time position.
