Oracle is hiring a full-time Director, Data Center Cost Control Team Lead in Archer, Laramie County, to own cost leadership across Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) gigascale construction programs.

About the Role

As the Director, Data Center Cost Control Team Lead, you will guide cost strategy from concept through completion for Oracle's AI-scale construction portfolio, spanning hyperscale data center campuses and the enabling infrastructure that supports them. This on-site position in Archer, Laramie County, pairs disciplined project controls with fast, market-driven delivery, helping Oracle keep large capital programs predictable, transparent, and aligned to aggressive timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Direct end-to-end cost management for OCI gigascale construction initiatives, including hyperscale data center campuses and related enabling works.
• Lead the project controls function, combining rigorous budgeting and forecasting with time-to-market delivery execution.
• Strengthen forecast accuracy and cost visibility across complex, multi-phase construction programs.
• Build and mentor a cost control team that supports leadership with reliable financial insight.
• Partner with construction, engineering, and program stakeholders to balance speed, scale, and cost discipline.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in cost management and project controls for large-scale construction or capital programs.
• Experience supporting data center, hyperscale, or comparable infrastructure delivery at significant scale.
• Strong command of cost forecasting, budgeting, and reporting in fast-paced, time-sensitive environments.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and collaborate across construction and engineering functions.
• Comfort operating on-site in Archer, Laramie County, within a high-growth construction portfolio.
