What You'll Do
- Lead solution design and requirements analysis for federal ambulatory health systems, ensuring compliance with federal healthcare standards and security regulations
- Direct implementation projects for Oracle Health Federal solutions across clinical and administrative operations
- Partner with federal healthcare clients, clinicians, and administrators to translate care delivery requirements into scalable technical solutions
- Develop and execute deployment strategies that drive adoption while minimizing operational disruption
- Coach client teams on Oracle Health Federal solutions and ambulatory care best practices
- Identify process optimization opportunities that enhance clinical workflows and operational efficiency in federal ambulatory settings

What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of healthcare IT consulting or implementation experience, with expertise in ambulatory care or federal healthcare systems

- Proven success leading cross-functional project teams and managing enterprise healthcare technology implementations
