Oracle Health is hiring a full-time Principal Consultant – PowerTrials and Research to join our clinical research solutions team in Washington, D.C. In this role, you will help health systems harness unified data to accelerate research, support clinicians, and improve patient outcomes.

About the Role

As an Oracle Health Principal Consultant focused on PowerTrials and Research, you will serve as a trusted advisor to healthcare organizations adopting Oracle Health clinical research technology. Based on-site in Washington, D.C., you will guide the design, configuration, and rollout of research management workflows that connect clinical operations with study activity, enabling our customers to advance how care and discovery happen together.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation, optimization, and adoption of PowerTrials within customer environments.
  • Partner with clinical research teams to translate study and protocol requirements into practical, configured solutions.
  • Advise stakeholders on best practices for research workflows, data integrity, and operational efficiency.
  • Coordinate across project teams, clinicians, and technical staff to deliver successful outcomes on schedule.
  • Troubleshoot complex issues and provide expert recommendations throughout the engagement lifecycle.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrated consulting experience with Oracle Health (Cerner) solutions, particularly PowerTrials and research modules.
  • Strong understanding of clinical research operations, study management, and healthcare workflows.
  • Proven ability to lead client engagements and influence stakeholders at a principal level.
  • Excellent communication, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
  • Willingness to work on-site in Washington, D.C., as this is not a remote position.
