As the Events Coordinator for Adventures on the Gorge, you will help shape memorable experiences from first inquiry to final farewell. Working closely with clients and ARAMARK's internal departments, you will keep every detail aligned so that each event runs smoothly and exceeds guest expectations. This year-round, full-time position sits at the heart of the planning process, where your attention to detail and customer focus directly influence each celebration's success.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning, coordination, and delivery of weddings, social functions, and group events.
- Partner with clients to understand their vision and guide customized event arrangements.
- Collaborate across Sales, Food & Beverage, Lodging, and Resort Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
- Support logistics and timelines so every event is well-organized and high in quality.
- Serve as a dependable point of contact throughout the planning journey, keeping all stakeholders informed.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities, with comfort managing several events at once.
