Operations Lead – Kierland Commons

Join ALO as an Operations Lead at our Kierland Commons store in Scottsdale, Arizona, where you'll drive store profitability, operational excellence, and team success in a full-time leadership role. As a key member of our store leadership team, you'll master inventory precision, execute critical operational processes, and mentor a dedicated team—all while embodying the mindful movement philosophy that defines ALO's mission.

The Opportunity

This full-time Operations Lead position offers you the chance to make a tangible impact on store performance and team development at our Kierland Commons location. You'll partner closely with our Operations & Visual Manager to shape daily operations, drive profitability metrics, and establish best practices. Working 32-40 hours per week with flexibility across variable shifts—including peak retail days and weekends—you'll bring strategic thinking and hands-on execution to every shift, especially during our busy holiday season (Thanksgiving week through early January).

What You'll Do

• Own inventory management end-to-end, focusing on maximizing accuracy and minimizing shrink through rigorous processes
• Analyze and resolve inventory discrepancies by identifying root causes and partnering with leadership to close system and process gaps
• Execute core operational functions: manage shipment intake, coordinate product transfers, oversee sales floor restocking, implement floor set changes, and maintain supply levels
• Establish and champion visual merchandising standards across the sales floor to enhance customer experience
• Maintain high stockroom standards that support both safety and operational efficiency for your team
• Co-manage financials with leadership: track budgets, control expenses, nurture vendor partnerships, oversee technology and facility maintenance
• Supervise Operations Associates directly, recruiting, developing, and coaching team members toward individual and collective success
• Use performance data and feedback loops to guide associate development and drive measurable improvements
• Collaborate with Visual and Sales leads to ensure seamless cross-functional execution and consistent training
• Roll out company-level operational initiatives in partnership with your Operations & Visual Manager
