No-Code & AI Specialist (m/w/d)

Responsibilities

We are representing a confidential PropTech organization experiencing rapid growth in the German market. As a No-Code & AI Specialist, you'll be the bridge between operational challenges and technical solutions, building systems that create immediate impact.

Your core responsibilities include:

• Design and build no-code and low-code solutions addressing real business problems, from initial concept through prototype to production deployment
• Develop hands-on software solutions independently: small tools, scripts, and integrations that deliver immediate value rather than languishing in backlogs
• Continuously expand AI systems and the supporting tech stack, from individual automations to integration of new models, APIs, and tools as they become relevant
• Proactively identify and automate repetitive manual processes throughout the organization without waiting for explicit assignments—process optimization is part of your core role
• Create internal software tools that measurably improve team efficiency, becoming the central technical resource beyond traditional product development
• Make independent technical decisions and establish standards for how no-code and AI capabilities are deployed across the organization

What We're Looking For

Our client seeks a builder who prefers action over endless planning. The ideal candidate brings:

• Completed degree or certification in AI, Computer Science, Technology, or equivalent practical experience
• Demonstrated experience with no-code and low-code platforms such as make.com, Bubble.io, Lovable, or Zapier
• Experience building AI systems or productive use of GenAI tools
• Previous startup experience, ideally with product management touchpoints
• Fundamental understanding of software development: ability to work with APIs, data structures, and simple scripts without requiring pre-built solutions
• Hands-on mentality: you prefer building over planning and can present results the same day
• Reliability and resilience under time pressure and shifting priorities
• Excellent German language skills, both written and spoken
• Strong communication and teamwork abilities—you can explain technical solutions clearly to colleagues without technical backgrounds
