AI Creative Strategist (m/w/d)

About This Opportunity

We are representing a fast-growing technology company in Berlin that is transforming how performance marketing content gets created at scale. Our client has built an AI-powered creative production system that generates high-performing ad variations, landing pages, and video content in a fraction of traditional production time.

As their AI Creative Strategist, you'll be the bridge between creative execution, AI automation, and performance marketing. You'll build workflows that turn a single winning creative into dozens of tested variations—different hooks, formats, and cuts—all tailored to each brand and validated by data, not intuition.

Responsibilities

• Design and evolve AI-powered creative production systems that dramatically increase output while maintaining quality standards
• Serve as the interface between content, AI tooling, performance marketing, and product teams—translating operational needs into scalable processes
• Build automated workflows using tools like Claude, Make, Higgsfield, HeyGen, Midjourney, Runway, and emerging AI platforms
• Create systems that automatically generate paid social content, videos, landing pages, and creative variations from minimal input
• Develop AI video workflows from concept through multiple hooks, scenes, formats, and cutdowns
• Produce high-performing creatives yourself—static ads, video, motion graphics, and landing pages
• Analyze performance dashboards independently, identifying patterns in hook rate, CTR, conversion rate, CPL, CPA, and ROAS
• Translate performance data directly into new creative hypotheses and iterations
• Design UX/UI for internal AI tools, making complex technology intuitive for the entire team
• Monitor the AI landscape continuously, testing new models and tools that could improve existing workflows
• Integrate new technologies quickly when they offer clear advantages over current solutions

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in content, creative, AI, automation, or comparable digital environments
• AI-native mindset—Claude, prompting, Make, and generative AI are daily tools, not buzzwords
• Self-taught expertise with tools like Nano Banana, Runway, Midjourney, or similar platforms—and active exploration of what's replacing them
• Ability to see how different AI tools connect into coherent, scalable workflows
• Passion for automation with a constant question: "Why are we still doing this manually?"
• Strong understanding of design, content, paid social, and conversion principles—not just automation capabilities
• Knowledge of what makes an effective hook, compelling ad, and high-converting landing page
• Ability to read performance data and derive concrete creative decisions from metrics
• Comfort producing large volumes of creative variations while maintaining high quality standards
• Commitment that AI output should never look cheap, generic, or obviously machine-generated
• Independent, pragmatic, solution-oriented work style with enthusiasm for building without existing playbooks
• Comfort in fast-paced startup environments with willingness to take ownership and shape structures
• Excellent written and spoken German language skills

Preferred:

• Experience with Make, APIs, webhooks, or no-code/low-code automation platforms
• Foundational understanding of LLMs, APIs, and AI agents
• Experience with automated landing page creation systems
• Background in real estate or property marketing
