Our talent team is representing a confidential digital marketing agency in Berlin. They are seeking a part-time Online Marketing & Social Media Assistant (Minijob) to support diverse client projects and gain hands-on experience in modern digital marketing.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone passionate about social media, online marketing, and digital trends who wants to develop practical skills in a professional agency environment. You'll work on international client campaigns and have the chance to take ownership of your own small projects.

Responsibilities

• Support various online marketing and social media projects for clients
• Assist with planning and implementing marketing initiatives
• Help create, prepare, and schedule social media content
• Support online marketing campaigns
• Analyze and prepare marketing data and reports
• Contribute to client projects across different industries
• Take ownership of small tasks and projects based on your interests and experience

What We're Looking For

Required:

• Strong interest in online marketing, social media, and digital topics
• Independent, reliable, and structured working style
• Quick learner with enthusiasm for new subjects
• Passion for social media with a good sense of current trends
• Confident use of digital tools
• Good German and English language skills

Advantageous but not required:

• Initial experience in online marketing or social media
• Experience creating social media content, reels, etc.
