You'll practice in a fast-paced outpatient gynecology and menopause management environment, delivering comprehensive reproductive health services to a diverse patient population. What You'll Do
- Evaluate and manage patients across the full spectrum of obstetric and gynecologic conditions, with emphasis on menopause care and hormone management
- Perform gynecologic examinations, colposcopy, and other procedural interventions within your scope of practice
- Develop individualized treatment and symptom management plans, including bioidentical and conventional hormone therapy options
- Counsel patients on reproductive health, preventive care, and menopausal transition support
- Maintain detailed clinical documentation and collaborate with attending physicians and interdisciplinary care teams
- Contribute to patient education and health promotion initiatives
What We're Looking For
- Current, active Connecticut licensure as a Nurse Practitioner (APRN) or Physician Assistant
- Demonstrated clinical experience in obstetrics, gynecology, or women's health
- Strong clinical assessment, diagnostic, and procedural skills
- Excellent communication and patient relationship-building abilities
- Commitment to collaborative practice and interdisciplinary teamwork
