Masseur / Physiotherapeuth (m/w/d) – Deimann Spa

Responsibilities

We are representing a luxury wellness destination in the Sauerland region, seeking a qualified massage therapist or physiotherapist to deliver exceptional spa experiences to discerning guests.

In this role, you will:

• Perform classic and wellness-oriented massage treatments with professionalism and sensitivity to individual guest needs
• Apply physiotherapeutic techniques within your scope of qualification to support guest wellbeing
• Provide personalized consultations to recommend appropriate treatments and wellness applications
• Recognize and respond to individual guest requirements within your professional competence
• Deliver attentive, warm, and professional guest care throughout their spa visit
• Prepare and maintain treatment rooms to ensure a calm, pristine, and premium atmosphere
• Uphold rigorous hygiene and quality standards in all spa operations
• Collaborate closely with the spa team to ensure comprehensive and competent guest support
• Work primarily daytime to evening shifts, typically until approximately 7:00 PM, including weekends and holidays

What We're Looking For

• Completed training as a massage therapist (Masseur/in), physiotherapist (Physiotherapeut/in), or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in massage, physiotherapy, wellness, or spa environments is ideal, though qualified career starters are welcome
• Technical competence and meticulous work approach, as premium treatments require responsibility and precision
• Genuine enjoyment of direct client contact and strong empathy
• Service-oriented mindset with attention to detail
• Professional and polished personal presentation
• Independent, reliable, and responsible working style
• Team player mentality with willingness to support colleagues
• Flexibility to work weekends and holidays
• Strong German language skills for guest consultation and care
